……4.2 pounds! So Jenny for my weight, I am down 11.8 pounds, and 15 pounds by my home scale (the 4.2 pounds could be accounted by I weighed in at Jenny 3 days before I started and I might have done some extravagant eating before the diet actually started).
This means I have lost 5% of my original body weight. Pretty cool. The strange thing is I need to visualize math, so I imagined splitting me into 20 separate pieces that all weight the same and losing one of the pieces. That and I lost the average weight of an adult male cat.
My goal for this week: maintain my activity and avoid non-activity days, and follow the Jenny Menu a little stricter and not skip things.
