More Jogging!!

Sorry I missed yesterday.  I actually got a bunch of stuff done.  Errands, shopping, cleaning.  So no excuses.  I was just busy.

Anyway, yesterday I wanted to treadmill but it was being used.  So instead, I did 4 laps of the building.  Each stair well is 4 stories, then walk the halls. That was interesting.  But today I did a mile and a quarter on the treadmill (3 minutes walking then 1 minute jogging).  I figure I do this a couple of times then switch to a 2.5 minute to 1.5 minute ratio.  Eventually I’ll be able to jog a mile.  Whoopie!! 

I feel like I sweated at least a half pound of sweat.
