I feel like I write this just so I can hear these words. Anyway, I think weighing myself everyday may not be a good thing. It’s fantastic encouragement on those mornings that I am down in weight from the previous day, but on the over days it gives me the since of “why bother.” That is not good. Maybe I will just wait (weight? heh) for the weekly weigh ins when I go in for my appointments.
Over all I am doing pretty well. We’ll see tomorrow at my weekly appointment. I am just going to concentrate on getting off my ass more and sticking to the Jenny Craig Menu.
